Rental Terms
PAYMENTS
Reservation deposit: 25%. All parties will remain free of any engagement until deposit is received.
Balance: payment in full due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit: secured by check or credit card.
Methods of payment: checks in Euros or US Dollars, or by bank transfer. Credit cards accepted only on the spot at our office in Cannes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancelled reservations will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price.
No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival unless unit or house is re-rented for the same period at the same rate.
LINEN
Linen rental: 25 Euros per person for the whole period of your stay. Full set includes sheets, 3 large towels, 4 small ones and a bath mat.
Optional changes on request: 25 Euros per person for a full set, 18 Euros for towels only.
CLEANING
Departure cleaning: studios 40€, one-bedroom apartments 60€, two-bedrooms 80€.
Optional maid service is available at 20€ per hour.
TELEPHONE
Most properties have a telephone. There is no surcharge on billing.
High speed Internet ADSL and WiFi; free of charge when available.
UTILITIES
Apartments: no charge only for short periods as exhibitions.
Houses: utilities are always additional charges, contractual or by the meter.
CITY LODGING TAX
Per day and per person: studio 0.80 Euros, 1-bedroom 1.00 Euros, 2-bedroom units and more 1.30 Euros.
